Acceptable stay with issues

faulty air conditioning unhelpful staff

The location provides easy access for water taxis to the train station.

My room was hot, and the air conditioning did NOT work. I opened the windows, only to find the back entrance to the kitchen right there. Staff congregated to smoke all day. The smoke filled my room. staff weren't helpful regarding this matter.
